Paper based data processing is still commonly used in case of smaller and simpler studies or when usage of electronic data capture is not possible due to the technical limitations of investigational sites.
For the paper CRF studies we have implemented following additional processes:
- Fast printing and distribution of CRFs to the investigational sites in cooperation with the Accelsiors Logistics Unit and our preferred vendor
- CRF tracking and scanning
- True double data entry to minimize the transcription errors from CRFs to database
- Quality control (QC) check on 100% of critical data and 20% QC of randomly selected non-critical data conducted before each formal analysis in order to guarantee high quality clean data
With the available pool of standard CRF modules we can assure fast CRF design, quick deployment of the database and consistent data capture through your development cycle, while the well-trained and experienced set of both full-time and part time data entry staff will secure continuous data entry with no back-log.
